How to Order Medications by Mail
When you order prescription drugs through our network mail order pharmacy service, you must order
a 90-day supply of drugs on formulary Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3, or Tier 4. Your physician must write
the mail order prescription for a 90-day supply for drugs on those tiers. If your drug is on Tier 5,
you can only order a 30-day supply. Generally, it takes the mail order pharmacy 14 days to process your
order and ship it to you. However, sometimes your mail order may be delayed. If your mail order prescription
is delayed, please contact Customer Service for assistance.
You are not limited to using mail order to obtain an extended supply of maintenance medications.
Our network retail pharmacies will fill a 90-day supply of Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3, and
Tier 4 drugs if permitted by the prescription your physician has written. Drugs on Tier 5 can only
be filled as a 30-day supply.
